Diversity and Inclusion

Diversity is at the heart of Holmes Noble. We are passionate and know that we are able to make a difference through our client offering and market approach. There is still a considerable amount of work to be done when it comes to diversity in the C-suite and UK boardrooms.

Holmes Noble, when shortlisting for board and senior leadership roles, includes representation from Black, Asian or minority ethnic backgrounds (BAME), gender balanced shortlists and we look at what differing leadership styles bring to clients.

Holmes Noble’s Board Practice takes a wider approach to the recruitment exercise. The practice looks below the C-suite to D level appointments and senior management positions.  This is achieved by working in collaboration with Holmes Nobles sector and functional Practice Leads, aligning with customers and creating a focus on future leaders.  This helps our clients to address gender balance in some key sectors including, across various levels of management and leadership; to truly harness the power of difference at all levels of an organisation. We also strive to look at opportunities with clients for people with disabilities and aspire to be part of enabling greater representation of people with disabilities holding senior roles and main board positions.
