This is a great opportunity for a commercially minded, highly driven and customer-oriented Business Development Consultant to join our team. We are an exciting and expanding Executive Search, Interim and Consultancy Firm who operate across a variety of sectors globally. With a strong focus on generating new sales leads and closing new business opportunities, our Business Development Consultant is pivotal to growing our client base. They will also be key to qualify and secure incremental business from the existing client base whilst maintaining close relationships with clients to provide brilliant customer focus.

The Position:

The ideal candidate will have a high attention to detail and able to maintain clear and accurate data in the CRM. Having significant experience of working in a direct sales role from a B2B environment is key for our preferred candidate to be able to deliver against the opportunity. A strong sales leader who can not only relate with clients at all levels but also ensure relevant focus and prioritisation of client needs will be a brilliant addition to our team.

Key Skills and experience:

  • Over 3 years of previous business development experience
  • Experience of developing new business at c suite and director level
  • A driven individual who has a track record of forming new and long-lasting working relationships
  • Communicates with impact
  • The ability to describe solutions and apply to seek out new business opportunities
