Senior Resourcer

Holmes Noble are looking for a versatile, experienced Senior Resourcer. Comfortable to operate in both a research and headhunting capacity you will be confident in engaging senior stakeholders, able to add industry insight and deliver an outstanding candidate and client service at all times. You will be required to provide a high-quality recruitment offering which is flexible, compliant and expertly delivered with enthusiasm and professionalism, whilst positively promoting the Holmes Noble brand. The successful candidate will operate in a supporting capacity to the Partners & Practice Leads in our Industrial, Energy & Infrastructure and Supply Chain divisions. Your remit will include creating and maintaining strong business relationships with hiring managers/ partners, creating high-quality direct sourcing strategies, sourcing candidates through headhunting, talent mapping, advertising and other pro-active searches to enable and manage the full research and delivery cycle as seamlessly as possible.

Key Accountabilities

Develop hire sourcing strategies and collaborate with colleagues to both co-ordinate and lead campaigns
Work in partnership with the Practice Heads & Partners to define appropriate timescales for recruitment campaigns and deliver to longlist / shortlist
Provide consultative services on industry and market trends whilst operating as a true business partner to Holmes Nobles clients
Proactively manage and maintain talent map data along with client competitor analysis
Plan and prioritise own time to deliver business objectives
Create and maintain strong networks both internally and externally to help stay up to date on market developments

Knowledge, skills and attributes

Experience from within an in-house / recruitment or executive search resourcing position
Direct sourcing experience and building of direct sourcing strategies using professional networks, social media, job boards, talent pools, headhunting other channels
Able to use knowledge and experience to bring new ideas and solutions to harder to fill roles
Ability to consult, influence, challenge and partner with colleagues and senior leaders
Customer-focused and able to deliver an outstanding service to the hiring community and positively influence the candidate experience
Attention to detail and the ability to regularly provide status reports and updates to key stakeholders

Ability to work at pace whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to manage own time effectively, prioritising tasks when required, multitasking and always meeting deadlines
Self-motivated and possessing the ability to work on own initiative as well as within a team
Assist stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner, communicating effectively, showing empathy and responding with urgency to requests
