Holmes Noble Welcomes Katie Ann Poxon – Director & Head of Practice: Energy, Manufacturing & Infrastructure

Holmes Noble are delighted to announce the appointment of Katie Ann Poxon as Director & Head of Practice: Energy, Manufacturing & Infrastructure. Katie Ann joins us from Berwick Partners (an Odgers Berndtson company) where she was responsible for recruiting senior management positions in the UK and internationally across Automotive, Rail, Aerospace & Defence, Shipbuilding/Marine, Energy and Infrastructure markets. Prior to Berwick Partners, Katie Ann was the Global Executive Search Talent Leader for Bombardier, the world’s largest manufacturer of trains and planes, with 80,000 employees worldwide and $18bn turnover. Whilst there, Katie Ann managed C-Suite level, Global, Regional and Heads of Function assignments across all business sectors including Engineering, PM, IT and Technology & Digitalisation, Procurement/Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, HR, Commercial, Sales & Finance. Katie Ann began her Search career in 2000 and by 2005, she was the Director of her own consultancy. Katie Ann graduated from the University of Loughborough with a Bachelor’s Degree in Art & 3D Design.
